The main themes of my paintings include nature protection, human rights, but also fairytales and myths that have fascinated me since my artistic beginnings and to which I often return.

The art movements that attract me most are magic realism, surrealism, pop surrealism, romanticism and symbolism. I admire works from the period of Belle Epoque, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Preraffaelites, and Golden age of Illustration and Arts and crafts movement. I am fascinated by science fiction and fantasy.

In my work prevail traditional art techniques: especially oil painting, mixed technique (pencil, watercolor, tempera, crayons), acrylic. I create wall drawings and paintings. I also work in digital painting, photography, design and handmade jewelry, clothing, and home accessories. I enjoy experimenting, interconnecting traditional and digital techniques, trying or inventing new techniques. I like to work with other authors.

For friends of fine arts, I founded the Facebook group Golden pencil, where we share our work, exchange experiences, and inspire each other. The group is open to all artists and friends of fine arts. I am the founder of the Facebook page Atelier, where I share the works that interested me.

I am married and live with my husband in Turie near Žilina, a picturesque village under the mountains, where I also have my studio.
